If you don't understand the language, this advert is totally wasted on you. What on earth do you do with the stuff? Do you sprinkle it on your aloes? Do you drink, rub, sniff, eat, inhale, absorb or inject it, and what is it good for? Looks like a product a certain Health Minister would advocate as a cure for AIDS.
