A businessman with a bad attitude finds no joy at the ticket counter, engages in some verbal abuse and ends it with the words "do you know who I am?" Ticket lady somehow finds the time to brew some tea before making a clever PA announcement, embarrassing the businessman back to size. This advert could have been funny if it wasn't for the same joke being circulated via e-mail. Just about everyone with an e-mail address must have received it at some stage.
