Hey, isn't it... Yes, it is Vernon Koekemoer, South Africa's newest cult hero. The Vern took over after David Hasselhoff and Chuck Norris faded into oblivion. There exist, of course, lots of facts about Vernon that you should take notice of, eg "Vernon Koekemoer can build a snowman... out of rain" and "When you say "no one's perfect", Vernon Koekemoer takes this as a personal insult."
Oh yes, and there is Chuck as well, making a cameo appearance.
